Consider my style before placing your order. Make sure I am the right artist for you to commission!

I reserve the right to decline or cancel your commission If I don't feel confortable with your request or you have proven troublesome in any way.

I own the artwork and I reserve the right to post the commissions on other sites such as twitter, instagram, patreon etc. Or use it as showcase, portfolio etc. with credit to you.

Those are NON-COMMERCIAL commissions. Meaning they are for your personal/private use only. You may not redistribute it or any way that could bring income. Unless commercial usage is agreed upond before hand.

Credit me if you share or use the commissioned artwork on your social media. Credit at least my twitter (@SheeKiyomi). For Live2D model/streaming assets, credit me in your social infos. (Twitter, Twitch, Youtube ...)

You are not allowed to edit, copy, trace, heavily reference my drawings in any way. Neither claim my art as your own, use my art as NFT's or use it to feed AI ! You are not allowed to remove my signature from the artwork (It will be somewhere small)

You may commission me NSFW. This includes nude, sexy poses & outfit, soft hentai (Feel free to ask me if I am confortable working on your NSFW project)

Payments via Paypal only must be paid within 2 days after an invoice has been send. Invoices will be before I start working on your commission.

Upfront payments in full only unless agreed otherwise. If the commission total is superior at $300 payment plans can be considered.

You may request a complete refund only if I didn't start working on your project. Any order are final.

Commission might take a while until they are finished. Depending on when you placed the order and my personal schedule, it may take up to 4 month of wait (note that it also depends on the complexity of the request) . If you have any deadline, it is however possible to order a rush fee at 25% of the order price to place your commission on top of the priority list. (I only accept 1 rush order at a time, feel free to ask me if rush order is available)

Edits will only be free during sketching phase. So don't be shy and let me know if something isn't feeling right for you. Once the lineart is started, any change will be charged $20. Once the coloring/shading is started NO change will be allowed anymore, unless it is a mistake from my side.

Do not ask me to match a certain style that isn't mine. You commission me for my art, if you want something else please keep looking for the right artist.

You must provide as much details as possible. A commission form is available to help you help me create the best artwork for you here

I work mostly off-stream. To avoid burn-out, I only can work a few hours at a time. I do love drawing and I want to preserve that enthusiasm.

I am not in charge of sending WIPs unless asked for or I feel the need to. There is however no limit for extra WIPs as long as it is reasonable. So don't be afraid to ask for a WIP.

Rude/disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have their commission immediately cancelled with a refund based on how much of the artwork was completed.

Once the picture is finished I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten within a week after delivery.

I will only make changes to the final piece if it was an error on my part. Such as a missing detail that you had provided in the order.

The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to include. I will not redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order.

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do small changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

Any great changes will come with an extra charge such as poses, outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely. (exact amount to be determined, depending on the scale of the change)

Commissioning me, means that you read and agreed all of my terms above.

You accepted my policy regarding the usage of my art as personal, non promotional, non profit-purpose nor commercial use.
